At diagnosis I was overwhelmed and confused. I started SIMPLIFYING LIFE WITH DIABETES (SLWD) to provide resources and tools to help people with diabetes create the life they envision.
Through SLWD coaching, you will gain confidence and a deeper understanding of what it means to live with Diabetes.
SLWD empowers you to live life on your own terms instead of fighting against Diabetes. I want to inspire you to live your FULL life so you have the freedom to make your own choices that will directly impact your life and the lives of everyone around you.
